A mutual friendship and love of accounting led to the founding of Elite Account.

Over 15 years of friendship and a shared passion for numbers led Lucia and Hana to start their own accounting firm.

Hana expanded her acquired knowledge by studying accounting and taxation in college. Subsequently, she gained valuable experience by working in an accounting company. Her specialisation in Polish language accounting and communication with Polish clients predestined her to become a bridge between cultures and economies.

With solid roots in accounting, Lucie expanded her knowledge by managing real estate, which gradually developer into a deep understanding of accounting and taxes, leading her to the position of Senior Payroll Accountant. Her experience in accounting in an international company gave her a unique perspective on the global aspects of business.

The common goal of the two founders was not only to offer accounting services that were all about numbers and laws, but also to provide an approach to each client individually. They wanted to create an environment where everyone felt their business was in good hands, and where services were tailored to the specific needs and goals of each individual firm.

This vision led to the founding of a company that quickly became known for its quality, flexibility and ability to find solutions even in the most difficult situations. Both have proven that success in business is not just about hard work and expertise, but also about passion, determination and the ability to see and solve thing differently.
